Supportive Housing Program (SHP)

SHP assists youth in locating and obtaining an apartment in their community. VYH provides funds for security deposits, rent, start-up furnishings, transportation and limited food assistance. Participants are responsible for paying monthly rent based on income. Youth receive individual and group counseling focused on developing and implementing an individual plan for independence.
