Supportive Housing for Homeless Families (SHHF)

Supportive Housing for Homeless Families aims to reduce out-of-home placement of children due to chronic homelessness, and includes rental assistance, benefits qualification and application, housing identification & lease support, case management, parenting and life skills training, employment assistance and linkage to community service.

COORDINATED ENTRY REFERRAL SYSTEM

Individuals experiencing homelessness in the Lehigh Valley should contact the new Coordinated Entry System. Highly trained Coordinated Entry Specialist will ask a brief set of pre-screening questions to determine eligibility for housing, and then, as appropriate, the Specialist will conduct a 20-30 minute assessment that informs referral to the right resources.

NOTE:  2-1-1 is a 24 hour service, but Coordinated Entry is only available as specified above.
