The Rapid ReHousing Program helps unstably housed youth obtain a stable place to live by assisting them in obtaining their own apartment. The program provides rental assistance and case management to promote housing stability. Case Managers assist clients in maintaining their housing by helping them obtain and maintain employment, provide them with money management and budgeting skills, and connecting them to long term resources in the community. This Transitional Housing program for youth (Ages 18-24), provides housing for up to 90 days for homeless youth with the hopes of transitioning them into the Rapid Rehousing Program or another stable living situation.
