Glo's mission is to maintain a space in which MSM and transwomen of color have access to the support and resources necessary to create holistically healthy lives, relationships and communities by offering HIV and STI education, testing, prevention, and linkage to care.

The drop-in site operates as a recreational space for youth and young adults ages 14-29, an STI/HIV testing site and resource center for counseling and a variety of other social services. GLO is committed to reducing the community’s HIV viral load by testing and linking individuals to HIV care and prevention.

Vision: To empower members of our communities to live healthy, authentic lives.

Values: At GLO, we value the safety of all who enter; education especially as it pertains to HIV/STI awareness and the history of queer and trans people of color and compassion for ourselves and the communities we serve.

Community Partners: GLO is made possible by the collaboration of Hamilton Health Center, the LGBT Center of Central PA, UPMC Pinnacle REACCH Program and Valley Youth House with funding through the University of Pittsburgh.

Hours of Operation: Drop-in hours are Monday and Friday from 3:00 – 8:00pm for youth ages 14-17. Young adults, ages 18-29, may meet with staff by appointment only on Tuesdays from Noon until 2pm. Young adult drop in hours are 3:00-8:00pm Tuesday and Thursday.
