Achieving Independence Center – Teen Nutrition Program

We are excited to announce that Valley Youth House and The Department of Human Services are seeking a new partner for the Achieving Independence Center (AIC) to provide nutrition & food preparation programming. The AIC serves teens and young adults ages 14-20, who have experienced out of home placement due to abuse, neglect and other related family challenges. Our goal is to provide a one-stop shop for young people to access supportive coaching, health & wellness, life skills, employment, education, technology & entrepreneurial skills, creative outlets and community connections. These services are provided one-on-one and in group setting formats.

Please review the attached RFP and respond to rfp@valleyyouthhouse.org if your agency has additional questions and is interested in applying. All final applications are due by June 1, 2018.

Thank you for your interest in supporting our City’s young people!
